At Mixmax and Quadient, I managed multiple go-to-market launches spanning new features, modules, integrations, and geographies.
The cross-functional goals varied by project, typically signups, leads, feature adoption, pipeline, new business, cross-sell or upsell revenue. Most recently, we launched Outlook and HubSpot integrations for Mixmax, meeting inbound pipeline and self-serve revenue targets.
